This is the first sermon in a four-part series on Gideon. Judges is not an easy read but it is full of application for us. Here, we lay our foundation and examine how the Israelites moved from a place of blessings and abundance to a place of oppression and scarcity, all because of their unfaithfulness to God. But God is still faithful and comes down to meet with and eventually call Gideon to lead the battle against their oppressors.
