In our sermon today in the Exodus Experience we see the people reach Mt. Sinai. God is keen on emphasizing the Covenant he is establishing between them. The people hear his expectations and commands -- and readily commit. But their true status of their hearts are revealed when they choose disobedience immediately after.  The bright point in this sermon is the role of Moses as Intercessor -- shining a light on our Great Advocate and Intercessor who is to come.
