Today we explore the Old Testament Foundations for remembering and keeping the Sabbath. How God modeled it, blessed it, made it holy, commanded it and more! Through the Israelites experience of enslavement and freedom, we see that practicing the Sabbath is also an act of defiance against worldly systems that push us towards extremes of producing more and accumulating more.
